Points-to-Spend can be redeemed for Members-Only Products, Events, Vouchers, Draw Entries and more.

Don’t worry, redeeming your Points-to-Spend won’t affect your level or Level Points.

Yes. The rewards you unlock stay with you as you progress through adiClub’s four levels. New rewards don’t replace old ones, they just get added to your list.

To reward our most loyal members, there will be more adiClub benefits for those who earn points on a regular basis. Points to Spend will expire, on a rolling basis and to the end of the Calendar month, 12 months after your last purchase or activity that earned you Points to Spend. But because all good things must come to an end, any Points to Spend can only be retained for a maximum period of 36 months - towards the end of the month - before they expire automatically. Example: If you earned Points to Spend on 1 January 2022 and 10 January 2022, all your Points to Spend will be saved until end of January 2023. However, if you made a purchase on 21 June 2022 and earned some more Points to Spend, all your Points to Spend will be available for 12 months after that purchase until the end of June 2023. The Points to Spend earned in January 2022 will in any case not be available anymore after the end of January 2025. To keep your points for the maximum period, stay active in adiClub and keep earning points. Please note that the birthday bonus and fully-refunded purchases will not extend the expiration of your Points to Spend. You also cannot share points with other members.

You’ll only drop down a level, if you don't maintain the required points within 12 months.

The adiClub points you earn after reaching a new level count towards requalification and end 12 months later, at the end of the month.

No, redeeming your Points-to-Spend won't affect your level because you have two separate balances. Your Level Points balance won’t be affected by your Points-to-Spend balance.

Yes. You can redeem your Points-to-Spend on the adidas website though rewards are limited.

Yes, points can be valid for up to 12 months.

Yes, you can cancel your entry and get your points back, but only if it's before the event or draw starts. Check the start time on the event page. If you cancel after it begins, you won't get your points back.

I redeemed my Points-to-Spend for a Voucher, where can I use it?

Usually, you can use your discount voucher on the adidas app, on adidas.com.sg and in our Retail Stores. Please read the terms & conditions of your voucher. They’re usually valid for 90 days, but please read the terms & conditions of your Voucher.

I redeemed points for a Voucher, where can I find it?

You can find all your Vouchers in the ‘Vouchers and Gift Cards’ section of your adiClub account on the app or in the ‘My Account’ section on the adidas website.

Can I return a voucher I got with Points-to-Spend?

Unfortunately, no. However, they are usually valid for 90 days on select products, but please read the terms & conditions of your Voucher.

The partner offer I want is out of stock. Will it come back?

Visit the adidas App and adidas.com.sg/adiclub for all the latest updates on members-only offers including partnership vouchers.

What do I do if my Partner Offer code does not work?

If you do not receive a partnership voucher code either directly after your purchase, or in your adiClub profile under voucher section or via email, please contact adidas Consumer Service. If have a voucher code and it does not work on our partner's website, please contact our partner's Consumer Service.
