I recommend this for casual wear and short distance walking, under 5km. Not truly built for running, long walking, or functional training. But it is well built for casual wear under all weather, because the outer material is far from rigid or stiff, and the whole shoes structure and inner interior help stabilize your ankles and feet.

Runfalcon 5 is an incredibly comfortable shoe. Great support, solid cushion inner sole, good size toe box for me, and just a good feel overall! Love this shoe!
