Adidas sent a stained item and refused to exchange
Adidas sent a stained item. Contacted support 4 times and they can only repeat “we have escalated to the relevant team” with no signs of resolution. It has been more than a month. Each time they said they will follow up diligently but I had never gotten a response from any of them.
1. QA team needs to be checked if they are still working
2. Same for whichever team the CS escalated to (if that team even exists)
