The side back pocket is smaller than expected. Can’t fit in the mobile

The Royal Mail took 10 days to find the parcel and in the end I had to go collect it myself. Adidas customer services were awful and didn’t help me at all and if anything made the situation more stressful for me and I had to rectify contact with Royal Mail myself! Even though I’m a level 4 customer and spend a fortune with adidas, customer service didn’t care! I won’t be buying here anymore and will go elsewhere.
