I have a wide foot and it is narrow in the mid foot even with going up a half size.

Great shoe, good bounce, great grip. It is a tighter fit than normal, I went a half size as normal but it’s a little tight fitting in the mid foot.

Great grip and stability for running & stations
These shoes come up a little small, I sized up to a 9.5 where I always wear 9’s in my other adidas. Really comfy when running and doing station work. Great grip for sled pushing and pulling.
