Don’t worry, redeeming your Points-to-Spend won’t affect your level or Level Points.Earn adiClub points by making purchases, tracking workouts on the adidas Running app, reviewing products and more. Once you have enough points, you’ll automatically level up.
Level 1: 0–699 points
Level 2: 700–2699 points
Level 3: 2700–6999 points
Level 4: 7000+ points

You’ll only drop down a level, if you don't maintain the required points within 12 months.
The adiClub points you earn after reaching a new level count towards requalification and end 12 months later, at the end of the month.
Yes. You can redeem your Points-to-Spend on the adidas website though rewards are limited.

I redeemed my Points-to-Spend for a Voucher, where can I use it?
Usually, you can use your discount voucher on the adidas app, on adidas.com.sg and in our Retail Stores. Please read the terms & conditions of your voucher. They’re usually valid for 90 days, but please read the terms & conditions of your Voucher.
I redeemed points for a Voucher, where can I find it?
You can find all your Vouchers in the ‘Vouchers and Gift Cards’ section of your adiClub account on the app or in the ‘My Account’ section on the adidas website.
Can I return a voucher I got with Points-to-Spend?
Unfortunately, no. However, they are usually valid for 90 days on select products, but please read the terms & conditions of your Voucher.
The partner offer I want is out of stock. Will it come back?
Visit the adidas App and adidas.com.sg/adiclub for all the latest updates on members-only offers including partnership vouchers.
What do I do if my Partner Offer code does not work?
If you do not receive a partnership voucher code either directly after your purchase, or in your adiClub profile under voucher section or via email, please contact adidas Consumer Service. If have a voucher code and it does not work on our partner's website, please contact our partner's Consumer Service.
Can I return a Partner Offer and get my Points-to-Spend back?
