Amazing for Bodyattack/lateral movement!
Struggled to get trainers suitable for agility and lateral movements . Running trainers just don’t work for lateral movements unless you want injured. These are ideal. Good amount of bounce. Would prefer a bit more cushioning on the toes so might get the pros in due course. Ideal for my style of agility training though.

Comfy, big soles and great for what I need which is gym classes like aerobics and yoga. I’m between sizes so got a half size and I’d say they’re a little small should probably have sized up.
