For the first time, I decided to purchase sneakers online instead of in-store. I'll never do it again. I bought both blue and tan pairs and a white pair, all in the same size. I returned the white pair for a smaller size, only to find out they don’t offer exchanges for different sizes, just returns. It took them a week to "inspect" the sneakers without offering an exchange. After this exchange fiasco, I tried to return the blue ones but was told I couldn't return or exchange them without any explanation. Now, I'm stuck with sneakers that are too big and a gift card. I regret choosing a gift card return option instead of a refund to my credit card. I have no desire to deal with Adidas online ever again.
