Unfortunately, my experience with these items has been disappointing. The sizing is inconsistent between different pieces, despite ordering what should be the same size, making it difficult to know what fit to expect. For example a ZNE small is huge. Y-3 small is tiny. The quality also varies considerably from one item to another. Some pieces feel reasonably made, while others feel noticeably cheaper, with the materials not meeting the standard I would expect for the price. The fabric quality and overall feel have been particularly disappointing. What has made the experience worse is the customer service. I found the response to my concerns disappointing, and I did not feel that my concerns about the sizing, quality and materials were properly addressed. The what’s app contact us is a waste of time. The returns option for quality check was returned & refused on previous orders. Overall, I expected a more consistent level of quality and a better standard of customer service.
