The shoe was just what I expected. Comfortable
I love the color and also the softness inside of the shoe.

My shoes came defective and they didn’t help me
In addition to the bleeding, both of my feet were left scratched and irritated from constant rubbing caused by material inside the shoes.
What has been especially disappointing is my experience with customer support. When I contacted Adidas and explained the situation, I was told nothing could be done because I no longer had the original box and packaging.
I find that frustrating because there was no way for me to discover this issue without actually wearing and testing the shoes. I bought them for running and wore them for about a week to break them in. By the time the defect became apparent, I had already discarded the packaging.
I understand return policies are important, but it seems unreasonable to deny assistance when a defect only becomes noticeable through normal use. I genuinely liked the shoes, which makes this situation even more disappointing.

Too soft to walk in; too hard to run in.
Core Black / Cloud White / Iron Metallic
Feels heavier than they are. Too stiff in the mid to run uphill and too dense to go downhill. Impossible to pick up speed - hurts ancle when trying to kick off toe roll. I hoped for something more stable than Adios to take on long road-runs, but these feel like bricks. Reminds me of 80s basket-shoes- I can run faster and longer in a pair of Converse.
-First time in 60 pair of shoes that I remove a model from rotation after only four 10k runs.
