Socks good but worst customer service ever. Ordered socks on 13 December, they did not arrive so I have now been contacting Adidas for a month. I reordered and got the socks as I was advised to on the phone. My original order has not been cancelled, though still haven’t received it. After over a month and I can’t get my money back. I have tried to contact Adidas - the chat and call centre are useless, going round in circles on WhatsApp.. fed up and would like to cancel and be refunded after 5 weeks of trying.
